Essie Nails!

Reading beauty blogs Im always hearing about Essie nail polish, but had never tried it seen as looking on various websites one nail varnish can be up to £8! But reecently I found a website 'fragrancedirect.com' where they are only £1.99!
At that price I just couldnt say no, so in no time they were in my shopping basket and I was whipping my bank card out! On the website they do only have a limited variety of colours (about 8ish colours) but I wasnt complaining at a £6 discount!
I decideed to get the colour called 'Bikini So Teeny' its a sort of light bluey grey colour and is gorgeous!
Sorry for the bad picture (looks more purple on the photo than it is)
I actually love the quality of the Essie nail varnish, ive had it on a number of days and still no chips! (not something Ive found with any other brand) I now feel like I want to build on my Essie collection, cant wait to get more!

Any one have any Essie colours they like?

My Fav Magazine - Cosmo!

I'd never been much of a 'sit down and read a magazine' type of girl but recently I was doing some shopping and ended up looking at the magazine stand. I actually had no idea which to pick and I think I picked up a range including Cosmopolitan, Glamour and Company. Well when I got home I couldn't put them down, but I have to say my fav was by far Cosmo! So after having bought a couple of issues I stumbled upon a subscription offer I couldn't say no to, it was offering around £6 for 6 issues as well as a number of free hair products from the VO5 range (I love VO5) that would have come to about £25, bargin! So I am now now a happy subscriber to the Cosmo' mag, and love it!

Anybody else read Cosmo or what magazines do you read?
Any recommendations?

Cheap Skincare Must Have!

So I was searching through a number of beauty blogs and found out about this skin care cream that took care of blemishes aswell as acting as a moisturiser. Save to say I was intrigued and went out and bought it! I thought I'd try the cream out as I dont have the best skin and I'm forever looking for new products to try...

This Re-Gen cream works like bio oil as it treats stretch marks, scars and dry skin aswell as blemishes.
I've been using this cream for about 2 weeks now, I apply it after my skin care routine, as it works as a moisturiser, both day and night. The leaflet in the box suggests to apply the cream 3 times a day but I think 2 is enough and plus who has time for 3?! Im pretty much busy/out of the house all day.
I can say that the cream has worked wonders and even in the short time that I've been using it that my skin looks so much better, reducing the redness and reducing blemishes. Plus, the cream is super cheap, I bought a 125ml pot from Home Bargins for around £3.99, and I think that the pot will last a while as when applying a small amount actually goes a long way!
This product really worked for me and for less than £4, its worth a shot, I'll definitely be re-purchasing this!

My favs!

Okay so I have tried just about every low cost foundation I can find in boots and superdrug (meaning brands like rimmel, maybelline etc) and I really wanted to try some more expensive ones as Id not yet found my go to foundation so i decided to try benefit....and i love it!
I was actually shopping in boots at the time and a woman who works at the benefit counter came up to me and asked if I'd tried benefit, obviously my answer was no and so she offered to do my whole makeup to see what i thought which ended up in me buying this..
I got this 'hello flawless, oxygen wow' foundation in the 'honey' colour and it is such a good match to my skin! Its a medium coverage but can be easily built up as it doesnt look thick and cakey on my face. I have oily skin and this just works perfectly and lasts almost all day even without a primer as some foundations Ive found can go patchy with my oily skin. I got this for £22 from Boots (with my 10% discount).
I loved it so much I went back and bought the 'hello flawless!' powder to go with the liquid foundation...

This is also in the 'honey' shade, and equally as good as the liquid and also £22 from Boots (with my 10% discount). This is what the inside looks like,..

Underneath the powder tray is a small brush and sponge to apply the power although (as the woman at the benefit counter suggested) I apply this with my foundation brush.

I so reccomend both of these products and love that my first attempt at benefit has paid off and now I love the brand, and keep going back to these products.
Anyone have any other benefit products that they love?

Bronzer!

I always find that when i get a new bronzer that I'm always disappointed finding that it gives me an orange tint, not the look i was going for!
So I decided to try a new bronzer and while in Boots I found this...
Bourjois paris's bronzing powder! And my search is over!
Not only does this give the sun kissed 'tanned' not 'tango-ed' look i was looking for but it also is infused with chocolate scent which smells SOO GOOD!
The bronzer is also shaped liked chocolate squares from a bar (which may be the reason I decided to try it in the first place :) )
Would deffos reccomend this and i will be sticking with this bronzer!
If anyone else has any other products they've tried and found better than this one I'd love to hear about it?

Shoes shoes shoes!

I can say that reecently I am deffos a lover of shoes! An essential part of any girls wardrobe, especially heels to complete any night out outfit. I can say that on nights out I go by the rule 'go high or go home'.
So when I was out shopping the other day and saw these mega high heelsI had to get them!
I absolutley LOVE these shoes! There super comfy and I can last all night in them without my feet hurting ( although I've never found a pair of heels that hurt my feet on a night out).
Heres some pics of what they look like on...

I found these in New Look, they were £25 but I got them a little cheaper with my student discount card, I think these were a bargin and would so reccomend getting them if you like quite high heels (theyre the biggest ones I own), I love them!

Glittery Nails!

Latley, I've been loving the glitter nail varnishes so I went searching through my draws and found this beauty from Barry M!
So I've been wearing this since! I love the colour, it's hard to see in the bottle but its has pretty much every colour in it with mainly pinks, green and silver glitter and so it goes with almost any outfit (at least I think it does).
I couldnt find a name for this coulour but I did find this on the bottom of the bottle..
It says 216 so im guessing thats the code for the colour if anyones interested.
Heres what it looks like on...

(Sorry for the awful picture)
